Born in an Eichler. Raising my family in one.

I'm Dara Buzzard — a Realtor with Dudum Real Estate Group (a boutique hyper local brokerage), an East Bay Eichler specialist, and a preferred Eichler Realtor for the Eichler Network. I'm grateful to call Walnut Creek's Rancho San Miguel home, one of the many Bay Area Eichler enclaves. Living through my own Eichler renovation changed everything about how I represent buyers and sellers, both within my community and other Eichler communities in the East Bay.

I understand radiant heat, post-and-beam ceilings, atriums, and the way these houses and their communities have buyers falling in love with them.
